self-update and synchronizing everything

1. execute A, if B is out-of-date, update B.
2. execute B, if A or C is out-of-date, update A or C, else execute C.
3. execute C to synchronize everything in the folder D.
4. execute the main application in folder D.

rsync is always better than ftp and http in most condition.
